Express international shipping is provided free of charge for all purchases with all taxes and duties pre-paid. Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver to a PO box address, and we will not be liable for any lost or missing orders that have been signed for.

RETURNS

We would be very grateful if you could help us continue our unbroken run of no returns by carefully reviewing your order before finalising your purchase. We provide detailed size guides, descriptions and photos in the hope that we can counteract the wasteful behaviours encouraged by fast fashion. If there is anything at all we can help you with please don’t hesitate to contact us. Items can be returned free of charge for a refund within 14 days after they are received. Due to the limited nature of our products we cannot promise an exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all related gifts. All inspections and decisions are at the discretion of Cutler. Please email info@studiocutler.com and we will make all necessary arrangements on your behalf.
